Guangzhou South Station is the busiest and highest-capacity passenger railway station in China. It is a central railway hub in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Pan-Pearl River Delta region, and a key part of the Guangzhou railway network. Construction of Guangzhou South Station began in December 2004, and it was officially opened on January 30, 2010. As of 2019, the station covers a total building area of 615,000 square meters, with the station building itself spanning 486,000 square meters, and a total investment of 13 billion RMB. The station has 15 platforms and 28 tracks, divided into four levels: B1 (subway station and parking), 1F (arrival and departure level, ticketing level), 2F (elevated platform level, east drop-off platform), and 3F (elevated waiting level, west drop-off platform).
We provide design, production, and commissioning services for the gas fire suppression systems for the underground spaces of this project.
